Abandoned City

Hey guys. I couldn't stay away and not try UE5 with Lumen.
-Buildings were made modular with vertex paint
-For cars and props creating I used a combination with face weight and transferred normals + tileable textures + masks for blending
-For ivy I used highpoly from Zbrush and baked it into a tiled and unique texture
Grass, debris and some textures I got from Megascans
